SUPERPOWERS.

I am a senior Service and UX Designer with extensive experience across the UK, Italy, and Spain. I have successfully led and worked hands-on in design projects for clients in both the public and private sectors, including managing portfolios within the Italian Public Administration and the Enel Group. Currently, I serve as Design Manager at Intellera Shape (part of Accenture), where I oversee a variety of Service and UX/UI projects and mentors junior colleagues. With a rich background in screenwriting, I bring a storyteller's flair to my design work, weaving narratives and human-centered principles to create meaningful experiences.

Outside of work, I enjoy indie and electro music, arthouse cinema, keeping plants alive and discovering new craft beers... Cheers!

A holistic approach to both Service and UX Design is key to creating seamless experiences. I lead comprehensive processes for digital products and services, overseeing every phase from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring every touchpoint is thoughtfully crafted.

Understanding user needs is the foundation of great design. I conduct extensive qualitative and quantitative research, generating valuable insights and design artefacts that inform and guide the design process.

O4. Co-Design & Prototyping

Collaboration fuels innovation. I facilitate co-design workshops and create prototypes, personas, journey maps, and other boundary objects across various industries, driving continuous improvement and innovation in services.
